Human Resources Operations
Key Responsibility Area:
oOversees the operational excellence and quality of HRO functions oOverview on end-to-end Operations of HR Systems and related Compliance & Audit oProvide thought leadership in addressing business requirements and process automations oMonitor and translate HR operational results in a timely and effective manner oBuild in-depth understanding of the metrics reporting & KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable oResponsible for end-to-end process ownership across TCS delivery teams as well as retained teams oIdentifies transformation activities, execute them through a thorough change management framework oResponsible for executing complex processes that involve greater subjective thinking oEnsuring defect free delivery and zero operational losses oApplies best in class Industry practices in the process to improve process maturity oDrive standardization and harmonization of the processes oImproves efficiency and effectiveness of the process oUnderstands business needs and focuses on strategic initiative Experience & Skills Required:
oSignificant experience of 12-15 years in HR Operations preferably in Aerospace/Manufacturing industry oStrong stakeholder management skills oSound understanding in knowledge management and retention oAbility to coach and mentor team members on HR operations oExperience in defining transformation roadmap and its implementation oGood understanding of emerging digital tools and technology in HRO domain oProcess improvement and problem solving (preferably Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified) oKnowledge of ERP tools, RPA & automation tools oGood analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle team and client discussions.
oCollaborative / Team Playerable to work within and between different teams across multiple time zones oInnovativeable to come up with new ways of working to solve new requirements or drive efficiency oOutstanding interpersonal, exceptional verbal and written communication skills oPrior exposure to complex work environment in multi-national set up.
oProficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel, MS PowerPoint
